Can someone confirm that this is indeed a rubber dome?

Not only rubber dome, but it's an RT 6150 keyboard, which uses some mad non-PS/2 compatible connector.

Just remember the extra keys next to space on Korean boards work funny. When you press them they send a release code. When you let go they do nothing. Limits their use substantially.
