I see only a few very small signs of use... The board looks excellent, in particular. Good examples have been going for several hundred bucks lately (https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=ibm%205150&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&rt=nc&_trksid=p2045573.m1684) (sometimes much higher), so it seemed worth mentioning.
