Can anybody recommend a 12 inch board, you know the general 60% footprint, but with dedicated F row keys. I use them enough that i'm tired of using Fn. Dedicated arrows are nice, but IJKL is okay too. Guess this is too vague. Quality ABS or PBT is okay. Don't care about plastic or metal case, would like plate mount but not required. I do want something with cherry switches though. Or at least MX type. I've never tried Greetech or Kaihl so maybe it's time. I'm thinking like 80 to 125 dollar range.

You mean a 70% keyboard. The only one closer to what I've been spending months with (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=91388.0) is the Noppoo Nano 75s (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA9W13S03611).

If you have a Mac, be careful with Noppoo (and Drevo), I can't say for certain if the Nano 75 has the problem but I know the Choc Mini has issues on Mac.
Your options for something good in that price for a 75% is really slim, it's not a common form factor for mechanicals as such, options are slim.
Here are a few just outside your price range (look for sales?)
Vortex Race 3, bear in mind the FN key location, if you accidentally tap that while hitting backspace it launches the calculator. This drove me nuts (it steels focus) until I replaced the Fn key with a low profile keycap.
Deck 82, which is... Different.
If you don't mind buying a kit from China, you could do an EEPW84 or XD84 within your budget using a plastic or stainless case.

Whatever it's technically 60 or 70%, I'm looking for a 12 or 12 1/2" board. I don't really care for the Choc Mini, so I may have to up my price range and shop a little more. The other things are nice to have, my only real requirement is the f-row, and maybe caps lock for fn. I couldn't use an Fn on the right side of board.
The Filco Manila is a condender I like the short space bar and would try the thumb Fn keys. This however is wirelss which I don't really like.

Okay, Race or Drevo. Have to see if spending 50 percent more on race is worth it.
