Title: Name My Board Thread
Post by: sncbraxsc2 on Tue, 31 October 2017, 15:41:19: People name their instruments, cars, computers.. but have you considered naming your favorite keyboard?

Have you spent countless hours concepting, gathering parts, building, and perfecting/maintaining your ideal keyboard? Its something you know deserves a name but you've just run out of creativity?

Post a picture of your board here explaining the components and any other relevant information and let others run their thoughts by you!

Inspired by Sifo, "LZ-S and KMAC and stuff makes sense to just call them by that, lightsaver, minivan but when you have some scrapped together keyboard with various sourced parts i think they deserve a name :P"

So this is a KBParadise v80 PCB and plate with blue alps switches!

The case is an old vortex alu housing with SGI 9500801 caps and Badwrench Infinty mods.

I originally bought this keyboard from manofinterests and it had matias quiet clicks in it!

I was thinking about naming it "Blue" but I'm not very creative. Please help!

I think the name "Pearl" suites your board. Maybe the photo is not white balanced though and it's more silver than white.

i don't have a name for yours but my imaginary board in that layout was named Soulkey (it was gonna glow hot pink)

I'm not really good at naming other people's boards because all my boards actually come from an inspiration or idea before i actually go out and make it so it normally already has a name beforehand :P

I agree! You're correct about the white balancing as well, the case is definitely a light silver.

Thanks for your suggestions:) From these, I thought of "Infinite Paradise" or IP board for short. Its fitting too because it reminds me of the below painting that my dad had commissioned for me when I was 9 or 10. It hangs over my desk now

Yep, that was the inspiration. I tend to stick to the components in the board. :-[
