Appreciation for MX silents, Reds or blacks!

Cherry silent 65g gold spring, lubed... top of my list for a while now.  :thumb:

I just grabbed some gateron silent reds from kbdfans.. they are on-point as well but I feel like the new 'fiber reinforced' cherry housings are pretty awesome.

Can you compare and contrast the cherry and gateron silents? Smoothness, wobble, sound, bottoming our feeling mainly I suppose.

Just curious, how is the feel compared to a MX red? I am a huge linear fan and my next board will have MX reds but are their counterparts any good?

MX Silent reds compared to standard reds feel a tad softer and cushiony, not as sharp as the standard red.
The silents are definitely quieter than the standard, I like them better than standard reds.
