sqrt(3840**2 + 2160**2) / 50.0 or more  = 88.12 PPI or less. Are you serious?

Correct.

Viewed @ 1.5 to 2 meters away.  It's about as big as a 27-30 inch viewed from 2-3 feet

It's critical that screens are viewed at greater than 1.5 meters distance to maximize eye comfort.
