Guaranteed 0% chance of heart disease/diabetes
::: 22 grams of fats maximum per day.
1 slice of raw bacon = 28 grams of fat.
1 slice of microwaved = 9.1 grams of fat
1 slice of pan-fried = 8 grams of fat
The Only Way to Mathematically eat a Wholesome Quantity of bacon in one sitting, is to SAVE up the grease budget to be spent all at once..
Let's say you would like to eat 12 slices of Pan-Fried bacon in 1 meal. That is 8*12 = 96 Grams of fats.
If one eats only 10g of fats per day out of the 22g alotted, then that is 12g bacon credits a day.
From Monday to Next Monday, 10grams of fats + 100% veggies, on TUESDAY, you can eat 12 slices of bacon..
Then from Wednesday to Wednesday, 10g of fats + 100% veggies, on THURSDAY, you can eat 12 slices of bacon, again..
The numbers can be arranged differently, but that 22g limiter is absolute..

If you ate 0 gram of fat for 3 years..
You total Bacon Credit will be, 22g * 365 * 3.
Divide by 8, = 3011.25 slices of Pan Fried Bacon.
