I placed an order with Gon for a Gonpad and a Crystal TKL back in October 2016. It was a pretty penny, as I wanted them assembled and tuned. His site said there was a 2 month lead time, which was fine.
The two months went by and I started asking for a status on the order - no response.... I did some digging and found out people were waiting more like 6 mo - 1 yr. OK, so I keep sending messages - here, via his site, via email, etc. Response? Nada....
Then in June he emails me back suggesting an alternate set of parts due to a delay on the Gonpad - OK I think, at least I will have the TKL, so I reply sure - please send it ASAP.

Now another 5 months has gone by, with several more messages and emails sent, and still no response.
At this point I am at a loss - he is still active here and logged in today per his user profile.
Anyone else have similar stories? Is there any reasonable recourse at this point?

GON hasn't shipped assembled orders in years. See if you can pursue a chargeback.
There are people waiting 3+ years.

If you paid with a credit card, through PayPal, see how long after the transaction you can dispute it. If you still can, get your ass on the phone or to your bank. If you paid using PayPal balance; you're sol.

Really? I thought PP had a buyer-protection thing.
