What are the requirements to be able to post in Classifieds? Pretty sure I used to be able to create topics in there, but now the button is missing...

Creating sale / trade threads in the Classifieds subforum is limited to Geekhack.org users who have been members of the forum for at least 2 months and have 25 or higher post count. (source (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=56284.0))
