I believe Snowdog is trying to adhere to one of the rules saying it has to be posted somewhere else in the calendar month in order to then be posted in the nomination thread ;)

Official nomination thread will go up on Boxing Day (December 26th) in the KOTM subforum.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that there are those that probably haven't even seen your subforum at all. I brought a lot more attention here than there.
