It looks unused to me. (Check out those white feet!) Seller says, "Super clean with great key response. There may be the faintest bit of yellowing starting to creep in on the plastics. This is extremely faint though..."
And you get one of those funky glob-shaped PS/2 Intellimouses, too, and the original box (which looks unused too).

If you don't like Alps Blacks (https://deskthority.net/wiki/Alps_SKCM_Black) (though lubed, I think they're great), these are good solid candidates for transplants of other Alps-y switches.
