I want to do a stem swap with Kailh burnt oranges soooo bad.

 I'm just imagining 70g 1.1mm travel with the hearty zealio tactile bump and having it all be thocky and silenced. <3

Thats what I got too. However if they're anything like the Zealios 78g, they wont feel nearly as heavy as you might expect.

Exactly this - they use springs that have had their weight measured in bottom out weight, not actuation.
