Kind of a strange keyboard, it even has 4 indicator lights.

Rubber domes.

Clicky mechanics modules over membrane. Similar to white Alps but lighter (thankfully) and not bottoming out as hard. I don't care much for them, but then the same applies to the real deal as well.
Wait a minute, that would be a 6311. 6511 would be a rubber dome indeed... but I think these look different.

I have an Acer 6011 made in 1991 that has Complicated ALPS. But this Acer 6511 isn't that, this is a slider over membrane for sure.

If it's like the original Quietkey's, then it would be a very good keyboard.
