It looks like all links to Atmel FLIP (such as http://www.atmel.com/tools/FLIP.aspx) redirect to https://www.microchip.com/
If anyone has any idea how to get 3.4.7 please host it!
-
I got a copy through the Wayback machine. Not sure how long this (https://web.archive.org/web/20170427050752/www.atmel.com/tools/flip.aspx) will work, tho.
-
Google just hasn't caught up yet. The search engine at the website works fine.

That links to a page offering version 2.4.6 for Windows. The old page had version 3.4.7 for Windows and we haven't been able to find that later (latest?) version on the new website.
-
I hope this is allowed here (please let me know/delete if it is not) but in case it is, attached are both version 2.4.6 and 3.4.7, and the driver you need to install to get it to work sometimes.

Atmel was acquired by Microchip in April 2016. Anyway you can still download it here off the new company page: http://www.microchip.com/developmenttools/productdetails.aspx?partno=flip

Repeating myself (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=93419.msg2544863#msg2544863).

Ah yes. I see the version missing.
I suppose the more logical next step would be to call them and ask and report back with your findings.
-
Edit: see link below
-
Microchip has new URL for FLIP now.

EDIT: I meant the page has link of the latest version, you can download it there.

oh nice! thanks for the update. That helps a lot.
-
I think that link has only the JRE version, though.
