Title: SMD RGB to front of PCB?

Hi All,

New to the forum and to DIY keyboards.  Quick question, would a PCB, like the GoN NerD TKL or 60 support front PCB mounted SMD RGB LEDs?  or any DIY Keyboard PCB for that matter that supports RGB/LED in-switch switches?  I'm really new, so please have mercy...
