This (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280486219594&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT#ht_500wt_1182) would go well with your Minitouch.  It's the same vintage as the true Mechanical minitouch keyboards so I would guess it has ALPS.
