I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL MY BELOVED 1990 CHEVY LUMINA. IT RUNS OK, BUT NEEDS A LITTLE BIT OF TLC. FIRST $8000 TAKES IT. THE OWNERS MANUAL WAS PERSONALLY AUTOGRAPHED BY WILLIE NELSON. YOU CAN'T MISS OUT ON THIS DEAL!

NO. YOU JUST DON'T HAVE THE AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE TO APPRECIATE A BEAUTY SUCH AS THIS. THESE CARS ARE EXTREMELY RARE, YOU KNOW! I COULD BE ASKING $40,000 FOR IT IF I WANTED TO.

Keep the manual, I give you $200, you hand me title and and keys. The 7800 will be for plane gas and food on way home. I'm 1957 miles out from new york, so I think its a fair deal.

That's an antique. My dad's got one with only 100k miles, needs brakes, it can be had for only $400.

Whats the catch?
Does the autograph of Mr. Willie Nelson go with the car?
Sincerely,
A very interested consumer of rusted up $hIt Boxes.

When you come up with a car name so good, you use it for more than one vehicle. :thumb:

It's a legal cost cutting maneuver, you don't have to register another name.
A lot of customer research and legal work goes into a name for cars and once they have a name under their control, they loath to give it up which is also why some names go away and then later return. All the legal and research has already been done.
