I believe this is Czech and not Russian. The title says CSSR, and the back of the keyboard says "ZBROJOVKA", which I think indicates Czechoslovakia also.
Very neat keyboard indeed.

It says on the back in plain Check, "rok 90", that's year 1990. And it says so in the eBay listing title, duh.
