Title: Broken switches?
Post by: s0nix on Fri, 09 February 2018, 13:07:34
Hi,

I recently purchased my first mechanical keyboard and I've noticed two keys on my keyboard are somewhat hard to press. I have red switches and pressing those keys feels like blues, there's a bump before bottoming out. I removed the keycaps to investigate and here's what I saw:

Look below the LED's.

Should I send the keyboard back and ask for a replacement for the switches or a completely new keyboard?

Well, how confident are you at performing the repair if you got fresh switches?
