That was a good roller -
anybody else feel it (Los Angeles area)?

Looks (http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/) like it was pretty big in Baja- 6.9...

You'll never be a Californian if you worry about a little rock and roll.
I prefer this one:

I usually love earthquakes, they just feel wonderful to me. But of all the quakes I have been in this is the first one to make me motion sick! Maybe because it was so subtle? But I found it weird that my girlfriend and her sister and brother and his girlfriend all felt the same!!!! How odd doncha think?
Anywho I heard there were many, many 4.0 aftershocks that ran all throughout Cali, I thought that was interesting, maybe I will feel some tonight while I'm in bed.
The media is just more and more ridiculous with regards to them, they almost seem to pat themselves on the back like they predicted it or something.
haahaa =P

I see it's now said to have been 7.2 rather than 6.9, and at least two people were killed by it, with a house collapsing somewhere in Baja California.
-
I hope everyone is OK.
-
Okay, that's definitely trolling...
-
And what, pray tell, does random America-bashing have to do with earthquakes or girls jumping off beds?
-
I am not sure that has anything to do with anything, webby.
-
Are you trying to tell me that America does devious stuff from time to time? UNPOSSIBLE!

The irony is the second link, to a CIA document which explains that they can wage these wars as long as people think like you ;)
I believe yesterday's earthquake was somehow related to the atom smasher project currently underway by you EUROPEANS. You can't slam two protons together, create 3 trillion volts (or is it gigawatts) and expect nothing bad to happen. At least that was some nut's theory on Coast to Coast AM yesterday evening. :)

It isn't the LHC. Than one is not designed to create earthquakes, but rather to create a black hole that swallows us whole.
Ah, but wouldn't earthquakes be a by-product of the Earth being eaten from within?

Could you imagine the circuit breaker box for the Hadron Collider? I would imagine it's pretty big.
