New Ortek MAK-105TB ADB Keyboard & Trackball - $40 + shipping
These should have SKBM simplified white Alps and a Futaba lock switch on the FN key.

did you buy from the same seller?

did you buy from the same seller?
I did not. I am assuming they are the same switches since the serial number on the one pictured is very close to mine.

hmmm.... I can't really take the risk i guess, it's over $50 shipped
But if it really does have pine white alps this is a great find

Probably a stupid question, but does the track ball work with an adb to usb converter?

I'm not sure. I haven't ordered a converter yet.
[Edit] 5 left out of 15.

4 left and the seller raised the price $10.

I got mine delivered today, forgot to mention.
Yes, mine did have white Alps with the slits (pine). Pretty good deal I guess. The board build quality is not great but the switches feel very nice. The trackball is not fully supported with hasu's ADB to USB converter. It recognizes the clicks but not the actual track ball. I think it's something he's ask for people to help with but no takers so far. Most likely I will harvest the switches, but not quite yet.
Interesting note, it has a split right shift with 1.75u shift and 1u function key. I'm thinking this will come in handy some day. The keycaps are on the thin side but not trash for sure.

Thanks for the update on this. I was wondering about the trackball. I paid more for mine but had I not found it I would not have came across this nice little cache on Amazon. I figure most are harvesting the switches though. I bought mine since I thought it was super cool looking and had not seen one like it. It would be pretty slick to have a working track ball.

So I finally got around to dealing with this board. I cut the plate down to fit an alps64 pcb. I’m really liking the layout

Whoa, that is sweet :thumb:

I think $40 for switches, keycaps, stabilizers, and a plate is pretty nice. Now cutting the thing was a total pain in the ass and you have to add in the cost of extra cutting and grinding bits for my dremel ($10) plus a can of spray paint ($6).
Still a bit pricey with the PCB ($50) and case. I paid $58 for this case a few years back on aliexpress before they became popular and went up in price. I never used it because I didn't like the extra spacing around the edges, but I feel like it fits this build perfectly.
