Need recommendz for one which can stipulate copying 1 file at a time, like in ftp apps, but "no ftp functionality" necessary.

rsync?

cp?

cp?
rsync?
Do these do hashcheck as well ?
-
(s)cp (TUI) or Commander One (GUI).
They probably don't do hashchecking though.

I use a GUI for Robocopy called WinRoboCopy (http://www.upway2late.com/#/projects/winrobocopy) for large transfers where I want a log of results. Can optionally enable a /Z mode where it can resume copy progress if interrupted.
