Title: Info on IBM Rackmount Keyboard Drawer? P/N 6521816

I bought a NOS IBM Rackmount Keyboard Drawer on ebay yesterday and can't find any info on it, does anyone know the history of these monster keyboard mounts? Mine is P/N 6521816.
