Title: Why won't they just make Ironman 4..

1 - 2 and 3 suffered greatly in terms of writing (although I secretly liked 3, but really only for Ben Kingsly)
2 - RDJ's contract is over, Infinity War were the final 2 films he was scheduled for. He might do some cameos, but he's done.
3 - RDJ got too big for his britches. He demanded much more compensation for doing the Marvel movies so over the past few years they've been reducing his role across the board. Also no one wants to work with Gwyneth again either.

Meh, first was good and the series progressively got worse. With good writing it could be good though.

They might kill RDJ,  but any cheaper actor could put on the suit..

He's right. Look how many times they've "rebooted" Spider-Man. You see them and you think, "Oh, okay, that guy's Spider-Man now." And you just enjoy the movie. Big deal.

RDJ is Ironman.
Maybe there could be a Ironman reboot in a decade or so. Then we could have a new actor. But that actor would have to do his own thing — he can't be playing RDJ playing Ironman.

The problem with casting Spider-man is that he is always depicted in the comic books as being a very young guy. When Tobey Maguire starred in his movies he looked younger than his years. Within a decade he was succeeded by actors 8 and then 21 years younger.
Other than that the character is pretty shallow IMHO, so anyone who is capable and who fits the description can play him.
Personally, while I read some comics as a kid I don't love the character and could not care less about the same story over again after I had seen the Raimi/Maguire movies.

lol yeah but they keep recasting Spider Man over and over in an attempt to relate to kids these days. RDJ is over 50 and people like him just fine.

Gotta watch Spiderman in HD,  Aunt May by Marisa Tomei looks much more Mature in HD.

Ironman sucks. He always causes the trouble that almost ends the world.

Kill him off in Infinity War competely, plz.
