The FCC number indicates it's a Unikey KB-7001 (https://deskthority.net/wiki/Unikey_KB-7001), likely to have Alps SKBM White switches and Tai-Hao TI Series double-shots. (And dig that wacky wide Esc!)

Oops, my mistake—it's not actually NIB. It looks unused, and all the original packaging and accessories are there, but the seller actually says:
“really nice condition, this keyboard was used very little and returned to storage for quite a long time, includes converter cord, and wrist pad, everything seen”
