There is an IBM model F (1985) listed on eBay Germany and it looks as though the vendor ships internationally. The link is pasted below.

German QWERTZ.

And although I don't speak German, my understanding of that page is that it's only shipping to Germany.

Seller just let me know that it would cost 35 Euro to ship to the US via DHL

It indicates at the bottom of the page that worldwide shipping is available which might generate a bit of extra interest.
