Title: Where is the best place to have a stainless plate cut

Like the the title says. I have a possible project in the near future I'd like to do that would require a 60 percent poker style plate. I don't really want a universal plate like sentraq or a few other places I've seen so I think having one cut would be best. Thoughts or suggestions? swillkb seems like a really good tool and it seems like it uses lasergist. Are they good to deal with? Thanks in advance.
