I'm a beginner on soldering.

are the solder joints okay?
And, I couldn't notice the difference between 63/37 and lead free 3% silver, except 63/37 smells bad

Yeah, those are totally fine.
Leadfree solder needs a bit more heat to get soldered, but with most soldering irons that's not a problem. The bad smell on the 63/67 is due to the lead.
I prefer solder with lead over lead-free solder, when you solder quite a bit and try to be fast you actually are faster unless you have a high-power soldering iron.

You will only smell lead if you burn it and that would be bad, the smell is the flux, which is still bad for you, just in a different way.
