Being able to do at least -a few- pullups/chinups is critical,
because who knows when one may fall out of a building or cling for dear life on a cliff , pushed/or otherwise..
But, what about the Hand Stand ?
Any reason why this would be a useful ?

If you're trapped in a cave/collapsed building and there's a heavy stone blocking an exit about five feet off the floor you could handstand underneath it with your legs bent and extend them to push it out the way because legs are stronger than arms? Though if you can put your feet on the rock you don't really need to balance, so not sure that counts as a handstand....
One handed? That's just showing off :))

It's harder than it looks on youtube..
I've been trying all yesterday and just kept falling over. !!

You are working up some of the same muscles as you would use in pole-vaulting over obstacles that are higher than the length of your pole.

Every time you think about eating meat, I demand you do a handstand until said urge goes away.
You'll get ripped like dood in pic.

I think i'm going to put this on hold for now, my flanks hurt from falling over so many times.
