Title: Rosa Artisan by makeaboard - Anybody received theirs / heard from the vendor?
Post by: mudcakehoney on Wed, 02 May 2018, 03:08:22
Hey Guys

Has anybody who joined the Rosa artisan groupbuy from last October received theirs or had any coms about this? the last update on their site was from january saying "artists has a problem with the family so the rest of the team can not keep up on time."

I contacted via FB, and email and a friend contacted direct and they have not been responding.

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on this.

Thanks heaps

I looked at there website they don't even have a Term and Condition or a return items page. So i think you can just get a refund trough paypal super easy. So yeah if the seller is being fishy you could always try that route.

It’s been over 180 days now which sucks. Makes you wonder what’s happening with the 60s too (not that I joined)

Yeah that makes stuff much tougher. It's all up to the seller now. If the seller is scamming you tho i recommend everyone that bought the artisan to make a dispute against the seller and paypal will probably look further into it. but no guarantee you could get your money back.
