Can anyone tell from this partial picture, as shown on Yahoo? I'm surprised it doesn't appear to be ISO.

Looks like ANSI with extra legends on the caps.

I should clarify: I know it's ANSI.

I was wondering what national layout, or what language it might represent. I've never seen the ! in that location, for example.
