Sooo, the LIGHTNING STRIKES (all yellow) set kinda grew on me and I decided to go with that as the main set with Voltaic Green as a possible add on (kinda finding the right green for it though. I liked the earlier brighter green better, but I'm afraid it doesn't offer enough contrast).
Still just working on the colours and the base. Compatibility and Novelties, etc. will follow later down the road.
Also, I decided to make this GMK and Centered Legends. (Yes, I know that means a slightly higher pricepoint, but it'd pave the way for future, better looking gmk sets with center legends):

Much prefer these than your CP77 designs. The colours are nice IMO, but for the CP77 the design was a little too "erratic". Here, there's a simplicity to it, which I do enjoy.

Lightning strikes looks crazy enough to work. If you can get the neon green/yellow color right, I think it will look very nice on a dark grey keyboard.

Too similar to GMK Malachite atm
lightning might be alright if done well but it would still be hit or miss with most people

I would most likely buy one if done in gmk or sa (preferably gmk). Green is my favorite color and I almost always like sets with light blue legends.

imo not... the greens are different, other coloured accents.
didn't know about the malachite yet... also, didn't have malachite stone in mind at all when creating. (it's based off the colours I had in mind ages ago. maybe a bit unlucky they're more malachite like than the malachite IC itself, but what am I to do about that?)

It actually looks quite nice, but I wouldn't want to pay the GMK premium for a set. I'd definitely use it if I had the set though.

hah... I wish my name had as much pull, then my OLD colourways for Voltaic Green would have found much more traction I guess :D

I’m just gonna say that Nautilus Nightmares much more successfully pulled off the set, and that the two “themes” the sets are trying to gear towards is completely different. Voltaic green from the start has been attempting to push in these extremely bright “neon” colors that frankly made the set look very toyish and I don’t think many people were vibing with even the several renditions.
Nightmares however cleanly pulled off a more muted set that doesn’t have the eye grabbing bright colors voltaic had, and I think the “deep sea” theme they’re going for is almost a complete contrast of this more bright electric set.
I do however think the rise of all these green sets in GMK Wavez, Malachite, and Nightmares is going to be bad for MOQ if all of them are run in similar times.
