Title: Keyboard Lice
Post by: Dirty Bint on Wed, 21 April 2010, 12:13:42
Hi,

Just opened up a 1989 Model M for a clean up and after pulling of a few keys to get to the springs I noticed something crawling across the black plate. The keyboard is "alive" with tiny mites, possibly a new species, keybordicus emmicus.

Its a dusty board so these critters could have been in there years, living off the dust and scraps of food etc.

Rgds
