Title: TKL PCB with LED on top position?

Hi all. I'm looking to build a TKL keyboard and I'd like to use keycaps with translucent legends on it. Is there a PCB where the LEDs can be positioned on the top/north side of the switch? I've been searching around but they all seem to be positioned at the bottom/south side.
