Customer return. BIN $29.95 + $17.89 US shipping.

I used DT's Cherry Article Numbers page (https://deskthority.net/wiki/Cherry_article_numbers) to determine the switch type.

Are you sure that it has silent switches? It seems quite old.

The Windows 8/10 logo on it. That would suggest it was made in the last 5 years?
Given the printing on the box showing the XP/7 logo they must not being selling many of these (perhaps a custom order for medical equipment?), I can't imagine these are still used in rack mount installations, but the dual ps/2 instead of the usb I've seen on XP/7 era 11900s is interesting to say the least

edit: good catch on the article number indicating the switch type! I haven't tried silent blacks before so I bought it, I'll make some post in regards to my findings, it should arrive in a few days.

Like an 1800 I have from the same period, this board has the modern windows logo, but pre retool blacks. They aren't bad, they are fairly stable, but they would clearly improve with use. Despite using dual PS/2, the rollover is acceptable, and an AT and 'RS 232' adapter are included.

Both the box and the board are marked G80-11900LTMUS-2/05, but the stems are identical to a loose black switch I had from a scrap 1800 PCB from TKC. The date code is Z47, which places it at the tail end of 2013

Nah, you're good, this was a fair price and I knew it was unlikely. The article number does suggest that it would feature silent blacks, but I should have double checked the date code (it predates silent blacks by a few years). For what its worth, there's only one 11900 on ebay cheaper than this was right now, and its sunburnt with a cut cord (no box or adapters either, go figure :P)
