MORSE 80 is my frist TKL keyboard case design,I want share with you some design ideas and renderings.
It was inspired by Morse code.
[attachimg=1]
The long nameplate, switches plate and counterweight blocks have some elements of Morse code. (the counterweight is Gray Studio's code text :D).
[attachimg=2]
On the front side of the shell, I designed a small step change.Frankly speaking, I like this detail very much. :p
[attachimg=3][attachimg=4]
Change the angle.
[attachimg=7]
One LED indicator at the edge of the nameplate.
[attachimg=5]
Details of back and counterweight blocks.
[attachimg=6]
More color renderings...

Do you like this design?
If there are follow-up actions (design modification or proofing), I will update this post.
Update in 8.22

looks like a frankenstein's monster of a bunch of kustoms and i'm super into it actually
-
I think it looks gorgeous!
ISO support in mind?
-
what pcb will this be using?
-
I thought we finally got a bezel pen holder :(
What about split backspace and split right shift?
-
this looks pretty neat.
-
very interesting design to say the least, but i like it overall. would love to get a better idea of what the back looks like, and maybe a straight-on side profile shot as well. looks really promising though!
-
Interesting and creative! It has a modernish, clean neat design. Thumbs up
-
Looks good !!

All these TKLs this year are killing me, I can only have so many of them but this is definitely in consideration.
-

I love that purple... but please pretty please... introduce a gold color for the accents... that would look pretty royal.... with purple, with the red or with the blue...

+1 for gold, but a more dark gold than we normally see. That with black would look great.

May be an unpopular opinion, but any way to add split backspace support to the plate/PCB?
-
Any chance you will be making a matching numpad?

Good idea.
Actually, I also thought about designing a matching pad.
But I haven't considered how to connect 87 and pad.
And when it does not connect to pad, 87 can also have an independent and complete appearance.

Er,is it necessary to split the backspace?
Because I feel the 87 keys are enough, so splitting the backspace and shift is not necessary.
But in that case, I will consider the effect after the split.

What is the price estimate?

gold accents ? please ?
