Does Unicomp sell a 103-key version of Ultra Classic in these colors:
Youtube (https://youtu.be/hwoJEi0Ungs)
Amazon (http://a.co/d/a5joBHp)
?
I also see a difference in Backspace color between Amazon and Massdrop (Youtube) version.

I wish they still manufactured the two-piece key-caps.

Don't they?

They do, but it's mixed in with single piece.

I think that Unicomp has changed their caps many times over the years. I don't know whether or not they're all Unicomp, but I have two very different shades of pebble on the modifiers that came on the F107 I bought used, which has some kind of Unicomp APL set on it.
If you don't see it as an option on their website, try a custom order. Most of their sales are to big businesses for special applications, like hospitals. As such, they seem very receptive to mixing and matching features that they already produce at a reasonable price.
They sell the New Model M (https://www.pckeyboard.com/page/product/NEW_M) with the cap set and configuration you want, and they themselves recommend just getting one of these now instead of the Ultra Classic.

They say CLASSIC, But it's not Nearly BEIGE enough to wear that label.
