That said, if one drinks half gallon of mango-NecTar, it's like having had dinner..

Is this an Americanism for comfort food? If so I favour crisps (or should that be potato chips), preferably a party sized bag of salt and black pepper flavour. These are good and they come in an appropriately black packet:

Those Kettle Chips are the best.
Cheese and beer can be pretty comforting, too.

an entire pizza

Usually chips. Salt & Vinegar if I can get it, but ketchup is pretty good too.

Bananas!! ;) I've read that cucumbers are good for when you get those latenight munchies

Doritos or Chile Cheese Fritos.
Fun fact: I make sure I have none of either in the house so I have to make the effort to go to the store to get some if I'm stressed. About 50% of the time, I'm relaxed enough by the time I get to the store that I don't end up buying them.

Coffee. The best food group.
-
Yes, coffee is what I would go to and get if I would want to be stressed.
To relax, I eat chocolate.

Depends on the stressor.
For comfort food, generally whatever I have on hand that doesn't have gobs of sugar in it. Or if I've recently been to the food pantry, whatever I have on hand that does have gobs of sugar in it (the one I go to gives you plenty of food you're likely to actually eat, but unfortunately it's rarely healthy food....)
If being stressed out from a bad day (particularly of the "I didn't get enough sleep to safely cook and it appears my mom has had a seizure" variety), whatever I can order out from Uber Eats, Grubhub, Doordash or a pizza chain with whatever money I happened to have lying around.
Usually chips. Salt & Vinegar if I can get it, but ketchup is pretty good too.
Ketchup flavored chips don't register with my brain well. They really shouldn't sound so off-putting, especially given that chips can refer to both potato chips and french fries, which are basically the exact same food cooked the exact same way only with one cut thinner than the other. Salt & Vinegar chips--both kinds--are where it's at. Ironically, I used to despise balsamic vinegar until I had a bad reaction to some medication I was on (caused my iron levels to skyrocket, giving everything I ate the same metallic taste); balsamic vinegar was the only thing that didn't taste like pennies, so I ended up putting it on everything.

I'm a sucker for sweets. I have chocolate-covered almonds for when things get choppy.
