				Buahahahahhahaa..

50 million accounts compromised, and that's only the current tally.

-
Deleted my account, but they'll still have all my data up until then. Rip. I wonder if Facebook likes to store passwords after deletion too

-
This is probably a diversionary tactic to draw attention AWAY from the privacy issue which is ongoing, uncorrected, and flat out, they don't want to correct it.. .

Never had an account.  Never wanted one.

 Now really don't want one.

The only difference between this "hack" and normal operations is that they were not paid.

I haven't posted anything on Facebook for years.
I basically only use it these days to say happy birthday to people.

Deleted my fb some time ago; do they get fined or something for this? I wonder if there ever will be a HIPAA for our information, yea I get that corps might fight it; but it seems like the natural thing to do to incentivize security, but I'm pretty ignorant to how difficult or easy it is to keep your systems secure.

It wasn't the same as a normal hack- they got tokens from people stupid enough to use FB to login to other sites.  Only affected those that thought that Facebook would be a good candidate for a credentials provider.
