Title: 1u between the function row and the number row
Post by: Delmondo on Fri, 12 October 2018, 14:21:22
(as opposed to .5u or something even smaller) does anyone else feel like this is a supremely elegant look, especially for thick bezels to accompany it? i wish there were custom cases and plates that accommodated this, but i understand that it's not a really popular choice unless it's something like a tkc-1800.

The vintage standard.

extremely snazzy. alps types, of course, generally sound good in most cases, but i bet a case like this would make them sing very nicely.

All depends on the styling of the board.

Got a Model M in front of me right now, which has just that (like many vintage boards). I would call the Model M many things but not supremely elegant. Functional, industrial, minimalistic, timeless?

...Yes!

It CAN look elegant, but does not have to!
