Took it apart, cleaned it..
Put it back in.. Notice suction isn't too good because the housing wasn't tight/sealed, some air blowing downwards.
Taped internal chambers up with Foiled Radiator tape.. Now suction is great..
HOWEVER, it makes this wind-woofing Noise..
I can't figure out what's wrong.. It's such a simple box, in out.. the only difference is it has better seal now..

Look further up the system, duct/vent to outside may be impeded causing suction sound change? If nothing in the actual fan unit has really changed but with an improved seal, it's probably blowing against something further up the line with more force than it used to.

Hwhat in the hail is a wind woofing sound? Is it like wind whistling?

It's not like a Dog-Bark woof, just like a wind howl but less high pitch.. and it's intermittent like a wooof wooof.. noise.

better seal = improved flow? Stronger velocity against the gate/filter or other impediment = whistle noise?

In one of my first apartments I had such a small bathroom with such a good seal in the room, that when you clenched your butthole while sitting on the toilet it would actually create enough pressure in the room to shake the door a little. It tripped me the **** out when I first discovered I could move the door with my sphincter.

Where are the physicists.. Is this possible. ?? Isn't NT already in equilibrium with the room once the door closes ??

Checked the pipes going into the attic..
They're clear, Blasted with leaf blower from the inside.
Is it possible that it was designed to be leaky and have back pressure ?

TP, no need to be subtle.
Reading this, I now understand which "bathroom exhaust" you're talking about.
Take a Pepto-Bismol and you'll be fine.
