Title: Blackest of Black PBT

Geetings!

I was wondering if any of you have any leads as to where someone could get pitch black blank PBT keycaps (Cherry Profile).

I have a set of enjoyPBT that I bought off of KBDfans, and they are wonderful caps, but the darkest they come is a deep grey.

I'm not aware of any (readily available) PBT sets that are darker than that

ABS sets are much darker

There are also PPS caps

I have some black DCS blanks that are significantly darker than ePBT, if that helps. Not sure about cherry profile. Leopold PBT caps are extremely similar to Cherry and I remember them being pretty black, but I don't have them on hand to compare.

P.S., the sound of those PPS caps are making my PP very not S.

PPS is definitely a darker color than the PBT, but ABS caps will be darker than either one.

With that in mind, does anyone have a link to good black blank Cherry style key caps? I did some searching around on Google and found a fair amount, but just wanted to know what everyone's favourite is.

Have you considered dyeing the dark grey caps to black? Dyeing to a specific shade of blue or something might be tough but I'd think just plain black should be a pretty easy process.
