Flipping through the bluray.. rrrmmm...

Honestly, if we look at it as NOT Star-Trek,   as an independent Scifi show...

It's definitely still slow, but not terrible..

Whereas some how The Orville just nails nearly everything Trek fans want.

Thoughts ?

Anyone else give Discovery a retry lately ?

I'm more interested in the possibility of MST3K season 13 tbh :)

The Orville is a much better series overall IMO; holds true to the traditional Trek themes, where as Discovery is really only classified as 'Star Trek' due to the name and the alien races used.

Exactly right..

It's just not startrek,   my point is simply,  if it's not Evaluated by Star-Trek standards,   then it's an overall decent show..
