I use my Instapot mainly for baked potatoes and corn on the cob.

I did cook a whole chicken in it once though.

And just steamed carrots the other night.

Still using your precision cooker?  Tried anything interesting with it lately?

Still using your precision cooker?  Tried anything interesting with it lately?
I've made a few beef chuck roasts over the last few months, tried some 36+ hr runs.

Up until a few weeks ago I was grilling and/or smoking so not much use for the anova.

I'd like to get a larger container maybe 24qt rectangular vs 12qt square to use with it and maybe a rack to go in it.
