Nice.
I love a big spacebar, it’s like an underline for the keyboard.

No not parted out. Not sure of the protocol and I believe this was some sort of terminal keyboard. It could be converted with a teensy following some of the workshop threads where others have done such a conversion. I've seen some similar boards converted on Deskthority.
