First visit to local computer recycling center, came home with first mechanical--a PC/XT Model F! Need to figure out how to stop "pinging" sound. Foam pad? Haven't opened it up.

Try a floss mod. (Or learn to enjoy the glorious sound of that beauty. I did.)
