Hi all,
Sorry if that's the wrong forum to post this to, let me know if that's the case.
About a month ago, after reading cribbit's awesome handwired build log (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=87689.0), I decided I could try by myself. I chose the smallest keyboard I could: the Planck, because I knew it would be hard and tedious.
I'm quite proud of the result:

I wrote a 2 articles story on my blog, trying to focus on how and explaining why I made those choices, from the plate up to building the firmware:
- Handwired build log Part 1 (http://www.masterzen.fr/2018/12/16/handwired-keyboard-build-log-part-1/)
- Handwired build log Part 2 (http://www.masterzen.fr/2018/12/22/handwired-keyboard-build-log-part-2/)
I hope this could be interesting to others :)
