Title: The story of a small handwired Planck-like keyboard
Post by: masterzen on Sat, 22 December 2018, 13:28:05
Hi all,

Sorry if that's the wrong forum to post this to, let me know if that's the case.

About a month ago, after reading cribbit's awesome handwired build log (https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=87689.0), I decided I could try by myself. I chose the smallest keyboard I could: the Planck, because I knew it would be hard and tedious.

I'm quite proud of the result:

I wrote a 2 articles story on my blog, trying to focus on how and explaining why I made those choices, from the plate up to building the firmware:

I hope this could be interesting to others  :)
