What's the deal here? I'm guessing those random metal parts anodising samples? Do you have any more pics of the completed board? Does it take a standard 60% PCB?It's US only man... Was also slightly interested.

Aw, damn. Didn't realize it'd be US only. Any chance Canada works? XD
In the original IC thread, you showed a sample of available colors. Is this buy limited to the four on the GB form, or can I pick from the color swatches you showed in the IC thread?
I'm really into the dark grey with what seems to bea HINT of blue in the upper right of this picture.
How's the group buy going? Need any help spreading the word around? Maybe toss something up on reddit?

Aquaria Typing test is here by DeadEncryption https://youtu.be/smcfLH2jXaI (https://youtu.be/smcfLH2jXaI)
I got hold of DeadEncryption on discord. He was super helpful! Just signed up for one. Looking forward to using it in my first build :thumb:

Sounds great. Nice and solid. :thumb:
Is there an option to combine shipping if we purchase multiple cases? Thanks
We any closer to getting the quota filled?
Trying to get a friend on board to get another case together and save bit of shipping; hasn't panned out yet :( I'm being as persuasive as I can...
Question: Is the Red Wine case color similar to the red keys that come with GMK Plum? Or would it at least compliment that set well?
There are still 16 spots left. The colors available are Red Wine, Blue, Dark Grey, Purple and a color called Ocean Depths. The board does come with the jellyfish engraved and it will be sandblasted
Do you have a link to the plate file? I'm thinking of getting a copper one done :D
My buddy DeadEncryption built his Aquaria last night and here is a video (feature=youtu.be) and picture of it with a zeal60 pcb and gmk lazer https://zealpc.net/dead

This does not come witha PCB correct?
Good to hear!
Would you be able to offer iPhone rose gold Pantone 7605C or Olivia Rose gold Pantone 55-9-c? That would be an instant buy from me and I’m sure a hit with many people :p
Just paid my invoice! Got a notification from paypal saying "After an initial review, we found that your payment may not be in agreement with our Acceptable Use Policy. Because of this, we need to put this payment on hold until we can make sure it meets our requirements." just fyi. May end up not being a problem, but just figured you might want to know in case other people have similar issues.
Hello, I would like to update everyone on the GB. The order for anodizing has just been submitted and will be starting this week. There are spots still available in case anyone else is interested. I'll update again once I receive pictures from the shop.
Just got my custom copper plate in! Hyped for the board.
(Attachment Link)
Any updates?
Indeed! ;D
Also, is it possible to get a DXF file for the ANSI plate? I'm having difficulties with the STEP file. Thanks!
Were you able to get any updates from the factory?
Did these ship by any chance? I have a FedEx shipping notification from Dubai sent by CHINA HIGHER EDU STUT and this is the only thing that I can think of that it would possibly be.
Now that we are into May, is there a timeline update for when they are planned to ship to us?
Oof, looks nice. I take it that even if shipping may take until the end of the month, that with the boards being done anodizing that they should start shipping relatively soon?
Was it ever said what the shipping method will be? I'll be moving at the end of June, so depending on the expected delivery time I may need to change my address.
Haven't gotten a tracking number yet personally. Did an email get sent out or do I need to find it in the invoice?Mine came as an email from paypal. You should be able to pull up the invoice and find tracking on there.
Added a layer of adhesive sorbothane to the plate. Anyone know how to get rid of the discoloration from the brass weight? It doesn't just wipe off.
Nice! I also added MK Ultra's foam to mine. I also added super thin layer of shelf-liner between the PCB and bottom to ensure it didnt short the switches.
I havent tried to clean off the marks from the brass on mine yet, but there are LOTS of brass cleaners and polishers out there. Just make sure you take the brass off before cleaning, because it could hurt the anodized aluminum. Or you can leave it and over time it will patina and age and get more personality.
Did you have to provide a drawing for the foam from MK Ultra? The dxf file that was provided earlier doesn't match the plate we got exactly. I'd be interested in MK Ultra's stuff. Cutting that sorbothane with an exacto was a pain!!!!
oof. Hoping for a second run, this looks super clean. I love the jellyfish etching ;)

If you ever need the exact plate file I can provide it as well
What do you mean by "stems" of the switches? Do you mean the contact legs that you solder or the pcb moun pegs?
And this only applies to the switches that are above the weight screws?
Anyone know which bumpers were used for the feet? One fell off and is now lost, I can't seem to find any the same size. thanks!
