I love Jello!
You're not consuming it like this are you? (go to 2:16 if it doesn't jump there right)
Mmmm Cherry, Stawberry and or Raspberry. All potentially great flavors of Jello :)
You think it cannot possibly get any nastier, then you find out Jello Salad exists.

hmm according to the wiki, it's made from sticky rice:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nian_gao
i always asked my wife before and she never really told me. it's a weird orange/brown color with a sort of solid jello like consistency.

Go Gators. Anything else is Gator bait.
Pretty much from 1998-2007 and 2009-current. I don't get out much anyway. I've yet to even check out the new CMC.
Tampa, hmmm. When I think Tampa I think of onshore waves (use to skimboard) and stories about Ybor City. *shrug*

It's gotta be FRESHHHHHHH..
Especially the Yellow-Cake.. Back in the day, they used a Special Yellow rice https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proso_millet, but most Yellow-Cake on the market today uses a White Color Sweet Rice instead along with yellow food coloring.
The Texture is close-enough, but the floral overtone in the aroma is missing. The production yield of the yellow rice is low compared to White rice varieties so, mmm, it's difficult to get the real deal these days, because cost.. ..

Reminds me of something I had that looked similar but was in cylinder form rather than sphere form. I think it was rice flour and pork. Dim sum place at a Dragon City Mall iirc

In Polish quisine, we have lots of things based on gelatin.
For example, savoury jelly, called "zimne nozki" (cold legs).
Its made of pork legs meat (you can do chicken meat version too).Show Image(https://ocdn.eu/pulscms-transforms/1/wYCk9kpTURBXy9mZTNmNTJmMTE3YzU5MzVkYmNlODNhZmI0N2YzNDE5YS5qcGeRkwXNDfPNB9mBoTAB)
Then, there is... mmm... (my favourite), salceson, which I just learnt, in english is called headcheese :D
Piece of polish bread and thick slice of salceson, covered with polish mustard... mmmm..... :-*Show Image(https://phavi.pekpol.pl/ph/r,1024,800/agicon/c/2016/0116/20261569a18e35ba8e.jpg)
