Does some one know which profile and brand of key cap in the picture? (the white one with the heart , the F12 is tai-hou oem profile for reference)

Looks like cherry profile keycap with dye-sub print. Quality of print is pretty bad so most probably unbranded / Chinese.

thank . it's seem to blur because phone camera plus my hand is shaking.

what's the underside of the white cap look like?
tai-hao are OEM profile
my guess is that the white cap is a dyesubed pbt cap that's probably cherry/dcs profile or a shorter OEM row than your F12 key.
here's a great thread by jacobolus on all the different keycap profiles: https://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=68550

left looks like a generic/custom one where you can print or random ebay artisan

the left one I got from KBDfan as a gift, just one key cap. it feel better than Tai-hou and slightly thicker but I can't find it list on their website.
I got their answer later that is cherry profile. not sure which row it's .

novelties like that are usually esc/number row

Almost looks like a bad copy of one of these (http://www.keypop.net/product/translucent-red-8-bit-heart-keycap) from KeyPop.

Looks like a cherry mx blue, or scissor.
